In this Conflict Resolution – Level 1 workshop you will learn a format for conflict resolution based on restorative practices. We want you to be successful with this. We expect you to role-play and interact with others, brining your real-life problems for us to plan out your future conversations.
We want you to implement these skills, so we offer free follow-up coaching and reflection around your implmentation of these skills.
